These will be the following roads; Romsey (Mill Road, Brookes Road, Coldhams Lane and Perne Road.) The timings for these will vary but will be aimed at evenings and early mornings when there is the greatest opportunity for drivers to exceed the enforced limit of the roads. With the training we have received we will also be deployed, by our sergeant, across the other beats in the neighbourhood in support of our colleagues, they will reciprocate where necessary.</blockquote> I think the statements "Sgt Kathro has instructed..." and "deployed, by our sergeant," are clear indications that the PC and PCSOs are blaming their Sergeant for the debacle.
