		<description>1. Major works: 10 working days notice for public, only 5 for councillors? Or is the public 10 in addition to the councillors 5 (to give them chance to say something before the plans hit the public)?

2. Yes, the requirement to back up an emailed objection with a 'dead tree' written letter must be removed. Totally unacceptable. Particularly in this context.

3. I appreciate that a record of objection withdrawal is required, but I also note that objections may only be withdrawn 'in writing'. That needs clarification to say that, if emailed, objection withdrawal may also be emailed. (Similarly, outcome decisions should be made by email wherever possible.)</description>
