		<description>Cambridgeshire PCT is not transparent at all in its operations. As a former employee working with senior management, I have often raised objections about nepotism in the recruitment process for key positions but unfortunately no heed was paid. In my opinion, they have to go a long way in providing justice to tax payers money.</description>
